Application of 3D laser scanning technology in completion measurement of irregular buildings in complex terrain
With the acceleration of urbanization, the diversification of irregular buildings and the complexity of planning and management have become an inevitable trend.Traditional two-dimensional completion measurement is no longer able to meet the requirements of planning and management. Taking the Beijing Winter Olympics sled project as an example, this paper explored the application of three-dimensional(3D) laser scanning technology in the completion measurement of irregular buildings in complex terrain from two aspects, namely, data collection and data processing. After obtaining the difference between the 3D scanning data and the design size,it is found that the difference between the scanning values and the design values can meet the requirements of building completion measurement. The 3D laser scanning technology has good application value in the completion measurement of irregular buildings in complex terrain and can be promoted in specific planning and acceptance.
