Production and updating method of Shanghai framework model based on urban feature
The rapid construction and timely updating of urban three-dimensional (3D) models is one of the focuses in the construction of 3D real scene in China. Based on the in-depth analysis of the features of historical buildings and landamark irregular buildings in Shanghai,this paper integrated urban features and efficiency to propose a method of constructing Shanghai urban framework model,which combined the simple model and the textureless fine model. In this paper,the concept,construction rules and production methods of the Shanghai framework 3D model were expounded,which solved the issue that the traditional simple model was difficult to represent the city features and the application scenario was limited. On this basis,this paper proposed a dynamic updating method for urban framework model based on two-dimensional (2D) building surfaces and 3D fine model production updates,and the proposed method was verified by experiments. At present, this method has been applied to the production and update of Shanghai "one map" data,and used in scenarios such as the urban land spatial information platform and urban operation management,which proves the effectiveness of the method.
