北京市自然地理实体采集关键技术研究及实践

本文以2022年城市地图(CityMapper-2)软件的框幅式立体影像、国土变更调查数据为主要数据源,对北京市自然地理实体数据生产流程和关键技术进行研究,结合怀柔科学城自然地理实体生产工程实践,详细阐述了山体与水系图元采集、农林用地与土质存量数据转换及高程赋值、实体关系构建等关键技术的实现过程,形成了一套切实可行的自然地理实体构建工艺流程.结果表明,本文探索的技术路线为同类型自然地理实体生产项目提供技术参考,构建的地理实体平面精度为0.21 m,高程精度为0.26 m,有效地保证了产品精度、时效性,推动了传统单一比例尺数据库向实体化、一体化时空数据库转变.
Research and practice on key technology of natural geographic entity collection in Beijing
The paper studied the production process and key technologies of natural geographic entity data in Beijing by employing frame stereoscopic images and land change survey data of City Mapper-2 software in 2022 as the main data sources. Based on the engineering practice of natural geographic entity production in Huairou Science City,this paper elaborated on the realization process of key technologies such as the collection of mountain and water map elements,the conversion of agricultural and forestry land and soil stock data,the elevation assignment and entity relationship construction. Finally,a set of practical natural geographic entity construction process flow was formed. The results show that the technical route explored in this paper provides technical references for the same type of natural geographic entity production projects. The plane accuracy of the constructed geographic entity is 0.21 m,and the elevation accuracy is 0.26 m,which effectively ensures product accuracy and timeliness,and promotes the transformation of the traditional single-scale database into a materialized and integrated spatio-temporal database.
