With the development and promotion of the state-level pilot work of new fundamental surveying and mapping,the results of new fundamental surveying and mapping data with the characteristics of various provinces and cities have gradually formed. The safe and reliable organization management mode of data distribution and sharing is also particularly important. Since its inception,blockchain technology has been widely employed in data organization and management. Therefore,based on blockchain technology,this paper constructed a set of new fundamental surveying and mapping data distribution and sharing modes based on blockchain. This paper expounded on the data distribution and sharing process based on the three links of new fundamental surveying and mapping data production,quality inspection,and application. With the support of Hyperledger Fabric technology,a new prototype system for the distribution and sharing of new fundamental surveying and mapping data based on blockchain was built,which verifies the feasibility of the model and provides a reference for the safe sharing and distribution of new fundamental surveying and mapping data.
