Considering the problems in the application of new fundametal surveying and mapping products and the need for new fundametal surveying and mapping application scenarios. Based on the investigation of the domestic pilot project construction and demand departments,this paper learned advanced experience on the needs of spatio-temporal data for natural resource management,territorial space,and urban planning,as well as smart city development. This paper analyzed product contents such as product system,updating mechanism,data management system guarantee,and spatio-temporal data platform. In this paper,the construction of a new fundamental surveying and mapping product service system was constructed,and the construction of application ecology of production,service,and update was proposed.
