Rural land right confirmation combining two-dimensional and three-dimensional methods
This paper aimed to address the issues of informatization and intelligent management in the process of rural land right confirmation,and it designed and implemented a rural land right confirmation system based on the two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)methods.By combining 2D maps and 3D terrain models,the system achieved comprehensive information collection and right confirmation management of rural land.This paper first introduced the background of rural land right confirmation and the basic concepts of the rural land right confirmation system and designed a five-layered rural land right confirmation system combining 2D and 3D methods.It described key technical methods in detail,such as irregular polygon area calculation on the ellipsoidal surface,automatic calculation of patch boundary points in plots,cross-database and cross-table data correlation analysis,automatic generation of statistical reports,3D data display,and graphical extraction of 3D terrain information.Finally,the paper implemented the system functions and demonstrated the interfaces.Using geographic information systems and 3D reconstruction technology,the system assisted users in marking plot locations on 2D maps and displaying land shapes,terrain,and other information on 3D terrain models.Additionally,the system provided functions of data input,data query,and automatic generation and batch export of reports,enabling the comprehensive informatization management of rural land right confirmation.Therefore,this system could improve the accuracy and efficiency of land right confirmation,providing effective support for rural land right confirmation work.
