摘要
为满足自然资源部和北京市对推进新一代地理信息公共服务平台建设的相关要求,北京市地理信息公共服务平台开展了从建设到应用方面的优化提升工作,取得了显著的成效.本文论述了平台的建设情况,利用数据、电子地图、在线服务等全方位服务能力,以及在政务管理、信息公开、基层治理、应急救灾、公众生活等多种场景中的应用实践,为地理信息公共服务平台的建设及应用提供参考.
Abstract
In order to meet the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality to promote the construction of a new generation of geographic information public service platform,the Beijing geographic information public service platform was optimized and upgraded during construction and application and achieved remarkable results.This paper discussed the construction of the platform and the application of the all-round service capabilities such as data,electronic maps,and online services in various scenarios such as administrative management,information disclosure,grassroots governance,emergency response,and public life,so as to provide a reference for the construction and application of the geographic information public service platform.
