Application of mobile 3D laser scanning in rail transit limit detection
In view of the low efficiency of traditional measurement methods in obtaining rail transit limits, this paper first derived the basic principle of three-dimensional(3D)laser scanning and the mathematical method of point cloud section fitting, combined the actual engineering cases to obtain rail transit stations and interval limit results through field data acquisition and internal data processing, and used Leica TM60 total station to check the quality of limit results obtained by mobile 3D laser scanning. The results show that the limit results obtained by mobile 3D laser scanning are accurate and reliable, and the overall accuracy is better than 4 mm.Rubber strips for avoiding missed steps of 11 sliding doors in the detected station intrude into the vehicle limit but do not intrude into the vehicle contour. The maximum intrusion is-18.4 mm,and 761 interval detection sections are not intruded,of which the maximum value of the minimum spacing is 397.9 mm.The overall limit detection results are within the safe range, meeting the safe operation of rail transit.
