城际铁路深基坑水平位移自动化监测应用

传统的深基坑围护结构水平位移监测通常使用测斜仪人工采集数据,存在监测频率低、数据反馈慢且易受外界因素影响等缺点.本文介绍了在线式测斜系统的工作原理和组成,阐述了其在南京某城际铁路车站主体基坑监测的应用情况.结果表明,在线式测斜系统可以实现监测数据的自动采集、传输及处理,实时提供监测成果并绘制变形曲线,成果可真实反映基坑围护结构的位移情况,监测精度能够满足施工需求.人工监测点和在线式测斜监测点的深层水平累计位移曲线具有较好的相关性,均能准确及时地反映不同工况条件下出现的基坑水平位移.
Application of automatic monitoring of horizontal displacement in deep foundation pits of intercity railways
Traditional horizontal displacement monitoring of deep foundation pit retaining structures usually uses inclinometers to manually collect data,which has disadvantages such as low monitoring frequency,slow data feedback,and susceptibility to external factors. This article introduced the working principle and composition of an online inclinometer system and elaborated on its application in monitoring the main foundation pit of an intercity railway station in Nanjing. The results show that the online inclinometer system can achieve automatic collection,transmission,and processing of monitoring data,provide real-time monitoring results,and draw deformation curves. The results can truly reflect the displacement of the foundation pit retaining structure,and the monitoring accuracy can meet the needs of construction. The deep horizontal cumulative displacement curves of manual monitoring points and online inclinometer monitoring points have a good correlation and can accurately and timely reflect the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit under different working conditions.
