摘要

高分辨率遥感影像变化图斑提取的自动化实现能为自然资源监测提供有力的技术支持.为提高变化图斑提取的自动化程度和准确率,基于ArcGIS平台面向对象的分析和设计方法,采用通用开发工具设计了变化图斑的提取和检查工具集.该工具集实现了变化图斑的自动提取、检查、编辑修正、整合与处理.经实际应用,证明该工具集能够高效准确地提取、检查和处理图斑数据,辅助相关人员快速及时、客观真实地获取地表变化情况,为自然资源变化监测提供有力技术支撑.

Abstract

The automated implementation of changing spot extraction of high-resolution remote sensing images can provide powerful technical support for natural resource monitoring. In order to improve the degree of automation and accuracy of changing spot extraction,a toolset for extracting and checking changing spots was designed based on the object-oriented analysis and design method of the ArcGIS platform and the common development tools. The toolset realized the automatic extraction,checking,editing,correction,integration,and processing of changing spots. Practical application has been proven that the toolset can efficiently and accurately extract,check,and process the spot data,assist relevant personnel to obtain the surface changes in a fast,timely,objective,and real way,and provide strong technical support for the monitoring of natural resource changes.
