New electronic chart data fusion for marine economy
Promoting the high-quality development of the marine economy requires new electronic charts to provide information support. Land and sea data are highly heterogeneous with multiple sources,and exploring suitable data fusion methods is a key technical challenge in the development of new electronic charts. In this regard,this research focused on the management of natural resources and business needs and built a set of new electronic chart data cleansing and data fusion technology systems that served the development of marine economy,which could fuse thematic data of land,sea,and other natural resources into traditional electronic charts and support the management of marine informatization. At present,the data fusion system formed by the research has been successfully applied in the fusion of land and sea data in Taishan city,Guangdong province.
