Real estate surveying and mapping visualization system with multi-source data fusion based on digital twin
The performance and throughput of the existing real estate surveying and mapping system fail to meet the demand, resulting in slow data processing speed and poor user experience. Therefore,a real estate surveying and mapping visualization system with multi-source data fusion based on digital twin was proposed. By collecting the basic data of real estate such as land parcel and ownership, the image data of real estate was obtained by using the oblique photography of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The weighted multi-source data fusion method was used to fuse the data of real estate such as land parcel and ownership, and the image control point measurement and aerial triangulation encryption were carried out on the real estate image. The digital twin-based augmented reality (AR) technology was used to generate multiple views of real estate, and the longitude and latitude of real estate were extracted from Google Maps and superimposed on the multiple views of real estate,so as to obtain the surveying and mapping results of real estate images. After integrating and associating the basic data of real estate fusing multiple views of real estate and multi-source data, the basic data of real estate was input into the three-dimensional (3D) max software, which was used to establish a visual model of real estate surveying and mapping. Through this model, functions such as visualization of real estate surveying and mapping,as well as information query and editing were realized. The experimental results show that the system can effectively present the visualization results of real estate surveying and mapping, and its real estate surveying and mapping results are more accurate and have a good application effect.
