Improving rural tourism integration is conducive to promoting sustainable development of rural tourism and rural revitalization. Taking Xi'an City as an example,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of rural tourism inte-gration applicable to Xi'an City,which covered four dimensions of economy,society,service,and ecology. The paper decomposed the dimensions into 16 construction index elements and studied the spatial distribution of rural tourism integration in Xi'an City by using ArcGIS spatial visualization and nuclear density spatial analysis. The results show that the spatial distribution of the rural tourism integration in Xi'an City is condensed. The integrated rural tourism is mainly distributed in Zhouzhi County,Lantian County,and Yihu District,while the distribution in other regions is relatively scattered. The nuclear density distribution of rural tourism destinations in Xi'an City presents a spatial distribution pattern of "large aggregation and small dispersion",and there are great differences in the level of rural tourism integration among different regions. The spatial pattern of the rural tourism destinations in Xi'an City presents diversity. The central and northern areas with high rural tourism integration have a certain degree of driving effect on the western areas with low rural tourism integration.
