This paper started by solving the problems of weak data integration within the water conservancy system,low business integration between the water conservancy system and other external systems,and weak auxiliary decision-making ability in the delimitation work of water conservancy projects. Based on the "one map" and key technologies such as spatial geographic information (GIS),a water conservancy project delimitation method was proposed. By clarifying the ownership of equipment and facilities,management scope,protection scope,and engineering scope,key information collection,interconnection of heterogeneous systems,and regional range comparison of water conservancy project delimitation work were achieved. The effectiveness of the method was verified,providing a new idea to solve similar problems.
