Cutting method of tile data in surveying and mapping maps based on ArcGIS
This paper used the cutting method of tile data in surveying and mapping maps based on ArcGIS to improve the browsing speed of surveying and mapping maps in the network environment. By using ArcGIS software,the tiles of the surveying and mapping map were generated by designing surveying and mapping maps,determining the scale of the surveying and mapping map cache,and issuing surveying and mapping map tasks and slices. On the server side of the ArcGIS software,an execution task of periodic tile update was set,and the tile of the surveying and mapping map was automatically and periodically updated. According to the ground resolution of the tiles and display scale,the tile data of the surveying and mapping map was classified. According to the classification results of the tile data of the surveying and mapping map,the tile data of the surveying and mapping map was cut by using the image cutting and coding method. The experimental results show that the method based on ArcGIS software effectively cuts the tile data of the surveying and mapping map and improves the browsing efficiency of the surveying and mapping map and the switching speed of scales.
