为实现"碳达峰、碳中和"双碳目标以及构建清洁低碳的能源体系,本文结合地理信息系统(GIS),设计并实现了基于GIS技术的零碳园区管理平台.通过建立零碳能源系统模型,对零碳能源系统工艺构成进行分析,并对各能源系统中的能源设备建立数学模型,为定量计算能碳关系提供数学方法.通过建立多通道融合学习的能碳时空数据预测模型,实现了能碳的精准预测和调度.实现了基于GIS的零碳管理平台架构、功能和应用,并成功应用到实际工程项目中,为零碳园区建设和改进提供技术参考.
Design and implementation of management platform for zero-carbon parks based on GIS
In order to achieve the goals of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and build a clean and low-carbon energy system,by using a geographic information system (GIS),this paper designed and implemented a GIS-based management platform for zero-carbon parks. By establishing the model of the zero-carbon energy system,the process composition of the zero-carbon energy system was analyzed,and the mathematical model of energy equipment in each energy system was established,providing a mathematical method for quantitatively calculating the energy and carbon relationship. The accurate prediction and scheduling of energy and carbon were realized by establishing a spatio-temporal data prediction model of energy and carbon based on multi-channel fusion learning. In addition,this paper achieved the architecture,functions,and applications of the GIS-based zero-carbon management platform and applied them to practical projects,providing technical reference for the construction and improvement of zero-carbon parks.
