天地图在线协同更新云数据库设计与实践

本文围绕地理信息在线公共服务的高效更新及发布需求,设计了省级天地图在线协同更新云数据库解决方案.该方案在国省统一公有云环境中,基于PostGIS设计并部署了省级云数据库,配套开发了支持统一质量标准和定制扩展的入库数据质检工具和云数据库管理系统,并通过地理信息要素变化发现、省市县线下联动更新、国省在线同步更新等更新机制和协同模式的组合构建,实现了国省同步、省市协同的数据更新模式.在黄山市、滁州市2个市级节点以及其下辖的歙县、明光市2个县级节点的试点实践表明,该解决方案可以实现在线数据服务的动态更新,满足地理信息公共服务及时发布的需要,为新一代地理信息公共服务平台建设提供了有益参考.
Design and practice of online collaborative updates for cloud database of map world
Based on the efficient update and release requirements of online public services of geographic information,this paper designed a cloud database solution for online collaborative updates of provincial maps.In the national and provincial unified public cloud environment,the solution designed and deployed the provincial cloud database based on PostGIS and developed the entry data quality inspection tool and cloud database management system supporting unified quality standards and customized expansion.Through the combination and construction of update mechanisms and collaborative models,such as the change discovery of geographic information elements,offline linkage update of provinces and counties,and online synchronous updates of provinces and cities,the collaborative data update models of synchronization of countries and provinces,as well as the collaboration of provinces and cities were realized.The pilot practice in two municipal nodes of Huangshan City and Chuzhou City and two county nodes of Shexian County and Mingguang City under the administration shows that the solution can realize the dynamic update of online data services,meet the needs of timely release of geographic information public services,and provide a useful reference for the construction of a new generation of geographic information public service platform.
