Currently,the real estate registration information query is primarily targeted at rights holders and stakeholders,with condition limitations.The general public,however,finds it difficult to obtain basic real estate registration information,which poses a risk of information asymmetry in the housing transaction process.Therefore,it is necessary to explore methods for making real estate registration information publicly available from a technical perspective.Based on an analysis of the current status of real estate registration data at the provincial level and consideration of information security,this study researched and designed a spatial-temporal data model that used spatial graphics to query housing registration information.Based on this model,the study provided a service for querying housing registration information using spatial graphics for individuals,which was implemented throughout Guangdong Province.The effectiveness and feasibility of the spatial-temporal data model were verified.
