SLAM三维扫描在违法建筑测绘中的应用

与传统的测绘技术手段相比,即时定位与地图构建(SLAM)三维扫描技术具有效率高、精度好、数据全、数据多样化及非接触式采集等特点,被广泛应用于地形测绘、建筑测量、面积测算、土方计算等工程领域.本文以违法建筑测绘项目为例,在分析SLAM三维扫描系统的工作原理、作业流程和关键技术等内容的基础上,结合违法建筑的管理及后期治理对数据的需求,对点云数据处理的主要思路及成果图输出进行总结,并对SLAM三维扫描数据的精度进行现场验证和统计,为今后项目的设计和实施提供借鉴.
Application of SLAM 3D scanning in surveying and mapping of illegal construction
Compared with the traditional surveying and mapping technology,simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)three-dimensional(3D)scanning technology has the characteristics of high efficiency and precision,complete and diversified data,and non-contact acquisition.It is widely used in engineering fields such as topographic surveying and mapping,building surveying,area measurement,and earthwork calculation.Taking the illegal construction surveying and mapping project as an example,this paper analyzed the working principle,operation process,and key technologies of the SLAM 3D scanning system.According to the data requirements of illegal construction management and later treatment,this paper summarized the main idea of point cloud data processing and the output of the result map and verified and counted the precision of SLAM 3D scanning data on site,so as to provide a reference for the design and implementation of future projects.
