A dynamic quality control method integrating analytic hierarchy process and Bayesian estimation for surveying and mapping
Quality management is of great significance to the work of surveying and mapping geographic information.Innovative quality management concepts and quality control methods are particularly important for doing a good job in surveying and mapping quality management. This paper started from the perspective of quantitative and proactive work and utilized the concepts of comprehensive quality management and plan,do,check, action(PDCA)cycle management method. The paper focused on the main problem factor of"people"that affected surveying and mapping quality and proposed to use the analytic hierarchy process method to construct a comprehensive personnel ability evaluation model. The paper used prior knowledge and Bayesian estimation method to establish the inference relationship between comprehensive personnel ability and surveying and mapping quality and develop targeted quality improvement measures through multiple rounds of quality inspection of surveying and mapping results. As a result,a quality estimation model and a quality risk warning model were constructed.A dynamic quality control method for surveying and mapping was formed through qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of quality problems based on mathematical analysis methods,pre-warning of risks, and continuous improvement measures.According to the experimental results, this method has high promotion and application value.
