二三维一体化基础地理场景数据生产应用体系建设

针对顺德区三维基底未完全覆盖、数据生产零散、成果管理混乱、更新机制不健全、服务日常业务难度大等问题,本文基于地理信息工作站(EPS),采用多类型技术方法进行二三维一体化基础地理场景数据生产应用体系建设,制定基础地理场景数据生产、管理和应用服务标准规范体系,设计应用体系技术框架及业务框架,搭建集地理场景数据生产管理系统、地理场景数据转换系统、倾斜测绘生产系统、地理场景成果核验系统、地理场景应用成果管理与共享系统等于一体的基础地理场景全过程一体化生产、存储、应用业务体系,提升基础地理场景数据生产、管理应用的信息化和规范化水平,进而推动顺德区实景三维建设发展.
Construction of application system of integrated 2D and 3D basic geographic scene data production
In response to the problems of incomplete coverage of the three-dimensional(3D)base,scattered data production,chaotic achievement management,incomplete update mechanism,and high difficulty in serving daily business in Shunde District,the EPS geographic information workstation was utilized.In addition,a multi-type technical method was adopted to construct an application system of integrated two-dimensional(2D)and 3D basic geographic scene data production.A standard specification system for basic geographic scene data production,management,and application services was formulated,and a technical and business framework for the application system was designed.A basic geographic scene business system that integrated the geographic scene data production management system,geographic scene data conversion system,oblique surveying and mapping production system,geographic scene result verification system,and geographic scene application result management and sharing system was built,realizing a whole-process integrated production,storage,and application.The system improved the level of informatization and standardization in basic geographic scene data production,management,and application and further promoted the development of realistic 3D construction in Shunde District.
