There are still some problems during the construction of celebrity archives information re-sources, such as multiple constructors, complicat- ed objects, divergent methods, which requires ar-chives information resources planning to coordinate and standardize the construction. Based on analysis of existing problems, this paper pointed that plan-ning of celebrity archives information resources should adhere to the principles of forward looking, coordination and effectiveness, and designed the process from perspective of environment analysis, planning design and value realization.
