The integration of archival data re-sources for major historical events holds signifi-cant implications for advancing the modernization of national governance system and capabilities.Employing a content analysis approach,this pa-per examines the obstacles related to policy and regulations,data technology and data resources associated with the integration of archival data re-sources of major historical events.The study pro-poses the following pathways to promote the in-tegration process including enhancing policy and regulation frameworks in the macro-level,dis-playing data knowledge networks through em-powerment of artificial intelligence in the meso-level,and safeguarding data security and quality in the micro-level.
