Archives information dissemination plays an important role in promoting the flow and sharing of knowledge and experience.With the de-velopment and improvement of recommendation algorithm technology, the emergence of informa-tion cocoon effect in the process of archives infor-mation dissemination is inevitable, and the prob-lems arising from it need to be paid attention to. Starting from the perspective of users, combining with the characteristics of the information cocoon effect and the connotation and value of the ar-chives information dissemination, the paper objec-tively analyzes the positive and negative effects that the information cocoon may bring to the ar-chives information dissemination. Based on its negative side, this paper explores the construction of a "provider- intermediary- demander" frame-work for cracking the information cocoon, in order to provide thoughts for improving the archives in-formation dissemination environment for archives users.
