摘要
论文从依据分析、进展评价和路径建议三个方面对突发事件档案工作机制的创新优化问题进行了深入探讨.首先从突发事件档案特点带来的挑战、档案治理现代化发展的要求、突发事件治理体系相协同的需要三个方面对突发事件档案工作机制创新优化的依据进行了分析;其次结合该依据,对我国突发事件档案工作机制建设已取得的成就、目前存在的局限进行了详细阐述;最后,从收集工作、整合与利用、指导监管三个方面就突发事件档案工作机制的进一步创新优化提出了路径建议.
Abstract
The article delves into the innova-tion and optimization of the mechanism for emer-gency archives work from three aspects: causa-tion analysis, progress evaluation, and path sug-gestions. The article first analyzes the challenges brought by the characteristics of emergency ar-chives, the requirements of modern develop-ment of archival governance, and the need for co-ordination with the emergency governance sys-tem. It then combines with the causation of the innovation and optimization to elaborate on the achievements and limitations of China's emer-gency archives work mechanism construction;Fi-nally, it propose suggestions for further innova-tion and optimization of the mechanism of emer-gency archives work from three aspects: ar-chives collection, integration and utilization, and guidance and supervision.
