With the wide application of various information technologies in today 's society, the construction of China 's smart archives has also been put on the agenda. As an important part of the construction of smart archives, the intelli-gence of archives information service has also at-tracted the attention of the academic community. By analyzing the elements of intelligent service of archives information in smart archives with ar-chives users as the demand layer, intelligent ser-vice as the realization layer, and internal and exter-nal environment as the environment layer, this pa-per puts forward the new requirements for intelli-gent service of archives information in smart ar-chives under the background of the new era, and explores the realization path of intelligent service of archives information in smart archives from the dimensions of resources, technologies, talents and security.
