As one of the"four systems"construction of archival undertaking,the construction of archives resources system is not only the main task and key content of promoting the high-quality development of archival undertaking and building an ar-chives power,but also the responsibility and mission of comprehensive archives in China.As a philosophical concept focusing on improving long-term results,long-termism can provide guidance for the con-struction of archival resources system in comprehensive archives.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and core mean-ing of long-termism,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the archival re-sources system of comprehensive ar-chives,and proposes the path of the archi-val resources system construction of com-prehensive archives based on long-termism:to realize the leap from"following runner"to"pioneer";oriented to user needs and make an overall plan for the current and the future;strengthen the construction of systemization under the guidance of sys-tematic thinking;promote digital transfor-mation with quality as priority.
