As one of the innovative applica-tions of artificial intelligence technology,virtual digital human has been greatly improved in ap-pearance accuracy and interaction mode by the high-speed development of information technol-ogy. The difficulty of its application has been con-tinuously reduced,and the application scenarios are becoming more and more diversified. On the basis of analyzing the necessity for archives to apply virtual digital human technology to empow-er user services,the paper explores multiple sce-narios of archives intelligent services,and pur-posefully focuses on the intelligent interactive ex-perience of user services,the initiative of ar-chives intelligent services,and the prevention and resolution of ethical risks to explore the opti-mization path of the technology,with a view to create a new way for the empowerment of ar-chives user services by virtual digital human un-der the integration of digitalization and intelli-gence.
