The National Archives of Japan has continuously enhanced the quality of archival ser-vices by introducing advanced digital manage-ment systems and diverse user feedback chan-nels. Through long-term practice,the institution has developed a distinctive service model . Based on literature review,case analysis,and online sur-veys,this article summarizes the key characteris-tics of archival services provided by the National Archives of Japan:diversified forms of archival ex-hibitions,combining online and offline;emphasiz-ing user participation in archival services,with rich interactive formats;efficient and convenient archi-val access with a high degree of digitization. Draw-ing implications for China,the article emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital infrastruc-ture to improve service efficiency,enhancing user experience through multi-channel interaction to increase participation,and promoting the open-ness and sharing of archival resources to facilitate public access to information. These practices pro-vide valuable insights and references for archival management institutions in China.
