Through a systematic investigation of the current state of China's archives cloud ser-vice providers and enterprise-owned archives cloud services,the actual cases of enterprise ar-chives cloud services are obtained,the current mainstream cloud service types are identified and detailed,and their future development trends are discussed.It is found that the current enterprise archives cloud services mainly include cloud stor-age management,online access and sharing,da-ta security and backup,intelligent archive process-ing,and unified management of standards.In the future,archives cloud service will continue to de-velop in the direction of wider intelligent applica-tions,enhanced data security and privacy protec-tion,and personalized and customized services.
