As a new production factor,archi-val data plays an important role in breaking data silos,promoting industry integration,and improv-ing the level of digital intelligence.By identifying the influencing factors of archival data collabora-tive sharing such as sharing incentive policy,data security maintenance,sharing platform construc-tion and data element value,this paper explains the realization path from multiple dimensions such as willingness,mechanism and ability,and puts forward the realization path of archival data collaborative sharing such as maintaining data se-curity,establishing standards and norms,and ac-tivating data value.
