摘要

大学生心理健康教育课程是高校进行大学生思想政治教育的重要渠道,是集知识、体验和训练为一体的综合课程.本文聚焦"00后"大学生这一群体,剖析了传统心理健康课程教学中存在教学内容泛化、教学方法陈旧、教学渠道单一、教学评价片面的现实困境,论证实施主体间性心理健康教育的必要性,构建了线上和线下互补、虚拟和现实结合的三维一体的主体间性大学生心理健康课程教学模式.该模式能够提高教学效果,促进高校心理健康教育工作的有效开展.

Abstract

The course of college students' mental health education is an important channel of college students'ideological and political education. Focused on the post-00s college students,this paper ana-lyzes the practical predicament of the traditional mental health course teaching,such as the generaliza-tion of teaching content,the obsolete teaching method,the single teaching channel and the one-sided teaching evaluation. This paper discusses the necessity of implementing the inter-subject mental health education,and constructs a three-dimensional integrated teaching model of online and offline comple-mentary,virtual and realistic. This mode can improve the teaching effect and promote the effective de-velopment of mental health education in colleges and universities.
