基于深度学习的图像隐写研究综述

随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,多媒体图像逐渐成为传递信息的重要手段之一,其信息安全也得到广泛关注.作为保护信息传输安全的重要技术,隐写术通常选择有丰富冗余性的图像作为传输载体来实现信息隐藏,从而实现秘密信息的安全传递.传统图像隐写通常利用修改载体图像像素值等方法来实现秘密信息的载入,并运用失真函数来抵消对载体图像造成的影响,但存在图像质量差、抗分析能力弱、隐写容量小等问题.面对上述问题,研究者们提出了一系列先进的基于深度学习的图像隐写技术.本文首先调研了传统图像隐写和基于深度学习图像隐写的研究进展;其次,介绍图像隐写及深度学习相关的理论知识,深入分析了目前常见的基于深度学习的图像隐写模型,并对常见模型进行了对比分析;最后总结全文,提出新的研究思路和方向.
Review of Research on Deep Learning-based Image Steganography
With the rapid development of modern information technology,multimedia image gradually becomes an important means of transmitting information,whose information security received extensive attentions.Steganography is an important technology to protect the security of information transmission,where images with rich redundancy are always selected as the transmission carrier to hide the informa-tion to realize the safe transmission of secret information.In traditional image steganography schemes,loading secret information is usually realized by modifying the pixel values of the carrier image and the impact on the carrier image is offset by adopting the distortion function,nevertheless facing the issues of poor image quality,weak anti-analysis ability,and small steganographic capacity.To address the is-sues,researchers proposed a series of advanced deep learning-based image steganography schemes.In this paper,research progresses of the traditional and the deep learning-based image steganography schemes are investigated.Then,theoretical principles of image steganography and deep learning are in-troduced,and some familiar deep learning-based image steganography models at present are deeply ana-lyzed,and a comparative analysis of the models are performed.Finally,a conclusion is presented and novel research ideas and directions are proposed.
