甲壳素/聚乳酸压电复合膜的制备及性能研究

随着智能可穿戴技术的发展,开发环境友好的压电材料具有重要意义.通过静电纺丝技术制备甲壳素/聚乳酸复合纤维膜,并研究其压电性能.结果表明:当添加的甲壳素质量分数1.5%,纺丝电压为18 kV,接收辊转速为100 r/min时,甲壳素/聚乳酸复合纤维膜的输出电压约为2.2 V,是聚乳酸纤维膜的2.5倍.压电性能随复合纤维膜的厚度、施加压力及受力面积的增加而提高,并且纤维膜具有良好的可降解性和稳定性,可用于实时监测人体行为状态和生命体征.
Research for Preparation and Properties of Chitin/Polylactic Acid Piezoelectriccomposite Membrane
With the development of smart wearable field,it is of great significance to develop environment-friendly piezoelectric materials.This study prepared Chitin/polylactic acid composite fiber membranes by electrospinning and studied its piezoelectric properties.The results show that when chitin content is 1.5%,spinning voltage is 18 kV and receiving roller speed is 100 rpm,the output voltage of chitin/polylactic acid composite fiber membrane is about 2.2 V,which is 2.5 times that of polylactic acid fiber membrane.The piezoelectric properties of the compos-ite fiber membrane increase with the increase of the thickness,pressure and stress area.The fiber membrane has good degradation performance and stability,and can be used to monitor human behavior and vital signs in real time.
