PEDOT:PSS/石墨烯复合纤维的制备及其电化学性能研究

为了更好地实现石墨烯基纤维在柔性可穿戴储能器件领域的应用,采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯水分散液与聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)(PEDOT:PSS)分散液制备一定浓度的复合纺丝液;以氯化钙溶液为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝技术制备不同比例的PEDOT:PSS/氧化石墨烯复合纤维,经氢碘酸还原获得PEDOT:PSS/石墨烯复合纤维.对PEDOT:PSS/石墨烯复合纤维的结构形貌进行表征,PEDOT/PSS质量分数为20%时复合纤维的直径约为95µm,表面具有褶皱卷曲的形貌.以PEDOT:PSS/石墨烯复合纤维组装柔性超级电容器,在不同凝胶电解质体系中进行电化学性能评价.结果表明,PEDOT:PSS质量分数为20%的PEDOT:PSS/石墨烯复合纤维在PVA/H2 SO4凝胶电解质体系中的电化学性能最佳;当电流密度为0.14 mA/cm-2时,面积比电容为420.7 mF/cm2,能量密度为9.35µW h/cm2,表现出良好的电化学性能,可为温湿度计供电,并显现出在智能可穿戴储能器件中的潜在应用前景.
Preparation and Electrochemical Performance of PEDOT: PSS/Graphene Composite Fibers
In order to better realize the application of graphene-based fibers in flexible wearable energy storage de-vices,this study prepared graphene oxide by the modified Hummers method.It was used with PEDOT:PSS disper-sion to prepare composite spinning solution of a certain concentration.And PEDOT:PSS / graphene oxide compos-ite fibers were fabricated by wet-spinning with calcium chloride solution as coagulation bath.PEDOT:PSS / gra-phene composite fibers were obtained by chemical reduction of the as-prepared graphene oxides based fibers in the aqueous solution of hydroiodic acid.The structure and morphology measurement of PEDOT:PSS / graphene com-posite fibers show that the diameter of the composite fibers is about 95 µm,and the surface of composite fibers char-acterizes wrinkled morphology.Flexible supercapacitors were assembled by PEDOT: PSS/graphene composite fi-bers,and their electrochemical properties were evaluated in different gel-like electrolyte systems.The results show that PEDOT:PSS/graphene composite fibers with 20% PEDOT:PSS exhibit the best electrochemical properties in PVA/H2 SO4 gel electrolyte;when the current density is 0.14 mA/cm2 ,the specific areal capacitance is 420.7 mF/cm2 ,and the energy density is 9.35 µW h/cm2 ,showing good electrochemical performance,which can power to electric thermo-hygrometer and promote the application of graphene composite fibers in flexible wearable energy storage de-vices.
