摘要

针对颈部前倾人群对服装合体性的需求以及服装制版效率低、智能化程度不高的问题,以男衬衫领为例,提出一种纸样自动生成方法.首先引入变量旋转角,针对颈部前倾,对男衬衫领纸样进行版型修正;再构建男衬衫领纸样自动生成方法,包括男衬衫领模块设计、款式模块与纸样的关系模型、男衬衫领纸样自动生成3个部分;最后利用Matlab软件进行编程,实现了不同款式男衬衫领纸样的自动生成.结果表明:该方法可以准确生成不同款式的男衬衫领纸样,同时增加结构参数旋转角能够提高颈部与领后的贴合度.

Abstract

Aiming at the demand of people with forward-leaning necks for clothing fit and the problems of low effi-ciency and low intelligence in clothing pattern making,a method for automatically generating paper patterns is pro-posed using men's shirt collars as an example.First,the variable rotation angle is introduced to correct the paper pattern of the men's shirt collar for the neck forward inclination.Then,the method of automatic generation of the paper pattern of the men's shirt collar is constructed,including the modular design of the men's shirt collar,the re-lationship model between the style module and the paper pattern,and the automatic generation of the paper pattern of the men's shirt collar.Finally,using Matlab software for programming,the automatic generation of paper patterns of different styles of men's shirt collars is realized.The research results show that this method can automatically generate paper patterns of different styles of men's shirt collars,at the same time,adding the rotation angle of struc-tural parameters can improve the fit degree between the neck and the back of the collar.
