聚合物基抗菌纤维的静电纺丝制备技术及其应用

细菌和微生物在自然界中无处不在,特别是在手术室和病房等场所,采用抗菌纤维制作的医用外科口罩和防护服对保护医护人员和患者的健康至关重要.此外,在食品行业中,有25%的食品在储存中会因细菌污染而变质.因此,开发具有高效抗菌性能的材料成为目前材料学领域的重要研究方向之一.静电纺丝技术生产的纳米纤维由于具有高比表面积、可调控孔径和孔隙率以及优良的生物相容性等优点,同时可以有效地负载大多数不同种类的抗菌物质,成为目前相关领域科研工作者关注的焦点.本文按照不同抗菌剂负载的方式归纳了静电纺丝法制备聚合物基抗菌纤维的3种主要制备技术及其在空气及水过滤领域、食品安全领域和生物医用领域的应用现状,为今后静电纺丝法制备聚合物基抗菌纤维的研发提供参考.
Electrospinning Preparation Technology of Polymer-based Antibacterial Fibers and Its Application
Bacteria and micro-organisms are ubiquitous in nature,especially in operating rooms and wards.Medi-cal surgical masks and protective suits made of antibacterial fibers are essential to protect the health of medical staff and patients.In addition,25%of the food produced globally spoils due to bacterial contamination during storage.Therefore,the development of more efficient antibacterial materials has become one of the important research direc-tions in the field of materials science.Because the nanofibers produced by electrospinning technology have the ad-vantages of high specific surface area,adjustable pore size and porosity,excellent biocompatibility,and can effec-tively load most antibacterial materials,it has become the focus of current research.Based on this,this paper sum-marizes three preparation technologies of polymer-based antibacterial fibers prepared by electrospinning according to different loading methods of antibacterial agents and their application status in the fields of filtration,food safety and biomedicine,so as to provide a reference for future research and development of polymer-based antibacterial fibers.
