摘要

为提升定制女衬衫的合身度并实现纸样的快速生成,本研究探讨了基于人体尺寸差异的定制衬衫纸样生成方案.首先,通过人体测量实验,从118名初筛者中筛选出1名标准体型受试者及23名具有不同体型特征的受试者.随后,完成标准纸样的绘制并进行样衣试穿评价.基于23名受试者与标准体型之间的尺寸差异,制定了相应的纸样调整规则,并对调整后的纸样进行了样衣试穿评价以验证调整规则的可行性和普适性.最终,依据纸样调整规则建立了数学模型,并利用Matlab软件实现了定制衬衫纸样的自动生成.研究结果表明,所选测量部位和制定的纸样调整规则适用于女衬衫的个性化定制,且建立的定制衬衫纸样自动生成程序具有良好的可行性.

Abstract

To improve the adaptability of customized blouses and achieve rapid pattern generation,a customized blouse pattern generation scheme based on human body size differences was explored.Firstly,one standard body sample and 23 samples covering various body characteristics were selected from 118 initial screening subjects through anthropometric experiments.Then the standard pattern was drawn and the sample fitting evaluation was car-ried out.Based on the size differences between 23 subjects covering various body types and the standard body,the corresponding pattern adjustment rules based on human body size differences were developed,and the fitting evalu-ations of the adjusted patterns were conducted to verify the feasibility and universality of the adjustment rules.Fi-nally,a mathematical model was established based on the pattern adjustment rules,and the automatic gen-eration of custom blouse patterns was realized using Matlab software.The results indicated that the selected measurement locations and established pattern adjustment rules were suitable for personalized customization of the blouse,and the established program for automatic generation of customized blouse patterns was feasible.
