基于数字孪生的物料分拣工作站的设计

针对制造业中物料人工分拣效率低、出错率高的问题,设计一种基于NX MCD的物料分拣数字孪生工作站。在NX MCD中构建物料分拣工作站机械虚拟模型及运动属性,在西门子TIA Portal中编写PLC逻辑控制程序,通过OPC UA通信实现数字孪生系统的虚拟模型与物理实体的映射及通信,最终实现物料分拣的虚实同步作业。试验结果表明:物料分拣工作站通过模拟实际操作的虚拟动作,实现了与真实分拣动作的高度一致性,降低了现场调试的风险,为实际生产活动提供了坚实的技术支持。
Design of Material Sorting Workstation Based on Digital Twin
Regarding the low efficiency and high error rate of manual material sorting in the manufacturing industry,a material sorting digital twin workstation based on NX MCD was designed.A mechanical virtual model and motion attributes of the material sorting workstation was built in NX MCD,a PLC logic control program was written in Siemens TIA Portal,and the mapping and communication between the virtual model and physical entities of the digital twin system were achieved through OPC UA communication,ultimately realizing the virtual-real synchronization operation of material sorting.The experimental results show that the material sorting workstation achieved a high degree of consistency with real sorting actions by simulating virtual actions of actual operations,reduced the risk of on-site debugging and provided solid technical support for actual production activities.
