摘要
"双高"背景下,科研已成为构建高质量师资队伍、培养高素质技能人才的关键保障.针对高职院校科研管理实践中存在的科研项目难以实现有效管理、科研工作与教学工作难以实现有效协同等问题,提出完善管理办法、加强队伍建设、优化资源以及搭建平台等建议,希望能推进高职院校科研管理改革,提升科研工作的效率和质量.
Abstract
Under the background of"Double High",scientific research has become the key guarantee for building high-quality teaching staff and cultivating high-quality skilled talents.In response to the difficulties in effectively managing scientific research projects and achieving effective collaboration between scientific research and teaching work in the practice of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges,suggestions are proposed to improve management methods,strengthen team building,optimize resources,and build platforms,hoping to promote the reform of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges and improve the efficiency and quality of scientific research work.
