Exploration of Interactive Mechanisms and Effects of Affective Labor in Higher Vocational Mental Health Teaching
This paper explores the interactive mechanisms and effects of affective labour in higher vocational mental health teaching,in order to promote the enhancement of students'mental health literacy and the optimization of teaching effectiveness.Through empirical analysis,we observed how emotional labour promotes deep emotional ties and interactions between teachers and students,and assessed its impact on students'mental health education and teaching effectiveness.The results of the study found that affective labour significantly enhances the emotional bond between teachers and students,improves students'mental health awareness,optimizes teaching effectiveness,and promotes the overall development of students'mental health literacy.The study reveals the important role of affective labour in higher vocational mental health education,provides new perspectives and practical guidance for improving teaching quality and promoting students'comprehensive development,and is of great significance to the quality improvement of higher vocational education.
