Abstract
Economic globalization has led to the vigorous development of enterprises.As companies expand,the scales are also magnifed,the regional scopes are extended,and the management levels are added,all of which leads to the fact that financial management faces new opportunities and challenges.By exploring the impact of the financial shared service model on M Enterprises'financial management,a series of optimization measures can be proposed,including the implementation of financial organizational structure optimization,enhancement of financial management information systems,improvement of management processes,and elevation of personnel quality.These measures can effectively reduce financial management costs,improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial work,ensure the quality of financial accounting information,and enhance risk resilience,with the aim of promoting overall operational efficiency and strengthening core competitiveness.
