The transaction of NFT digital works does not lead to the transfer of the ownership of the carrier of the works and constitute an issuing act, nor can it apply the principle of "exhaustion of issuing rights". The NFT digital works trading platform not only needs to assume the responsibility of the general network service provider, but also needs to assume high attention obligations, and its responsibility boundary can be determined in accordance with the "general possibility" standard.
