摘要

源于政治经济领域的"双循环"和高等教育高质量发展本不在同一领域.高等教育高质量发展并不能直接作用于"双循环",而是以知识活动的生产、应用与创新为逻辑联结点,内隐的学理逻辑与外显的实践逻辑共同助推"双循环"."双循环"背景下的高等教育高质量发展以调适知识活动及其社会经济价值转换为目标,应注重培育高质量人力资本、提升大学生就业能力和强化技术要素竞争力,更好服务于"双循环"新发展格局的形成.

Abstract

The "double circulation" originated from the political and economic field and the high-quality development of higher education are not in the same field. The high-quality development of higher education does not directly affect the "double circulation",but takes the production,application and innovation of knowledge activities as the logical connection point,and the implicit theoretical logic and explicit practical logic jointly promote the "double circulation". The high-quality development of higher education under the background of "double circulation" aims at adjusting knowledge activities and the transformation of social and economic values,and should pay attention to cultivating high-quality human capital,improving students' employability and strengthening the competitiveness of technical elements,to better serve the formation of the new development pattern of "double circulation".
