New quality productivity is an advanced quality of productivity that transcends the traditional development path and represents the future development direction of productivity. The Communist Party of China's historical initiative spirit is a powerful spiritual momentum driving the emergence of new quality productivity. From the perspective of historical logic,the new quality productivity is the historical product of the Communist Party of China in the historical process of revolution,construction and reform with the historical initiative spirit to promote the change of class relations,economic and social construction and the "second revolution" of socialism,in order to continuously open up the way of liberation of productivity,explore the road of development of productivity,and accumulate the trend of productivity leap. From the perspective of theoretical logic,the new quality productivity is the expression and innovative interpretation of the Marxist productivity theory by the Communist Party of China,and the theoretical result of promoting the Marxist productivity theory to maintain the integrity and innovation in the historical initiative spirit.
