Tutor training is an important initiative to improve the guidance ability of postgraduate tutors,but at present,there are tutors who do not have a good understanding of training,and the training mechanism of universities is not perfect enough,so how to improve the effectiveness of training is a problem worth exploring. This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of Beijing University of Chemical Technology in optimizing the training mechanism of tutors from strengthening the value leadership,clarifying the training system,and determining the training programme in a demand-oriented way,and puts forward the suggestions of further improving the hierarchical differentiated training,strengthening the training of "dual-teacher type" ability,and focusing on the effect of the evaluation and feedback,and so on.
