摘要

采用吐温-20 作为乳化剂成功合成以桐油为芯材、脲醛树脂为壁材的微胶囊;研究了乳化剂的含量、乳化转速和芯壁比对微胶囊表面形貌、粒径、壁厚和芯材含量的影响.最后,将微胶囊添加至环氧涂层进行红外、热稳定性、自愈性、电化学、附着力、耐水性测试,实验结果表明涂层表现出良好的自愈性能和耐水性;同时通过电化学分析发现,在添加质量分数10%微胶囊的环氧涂层的损伤区域,桐油在氧气的作用下聚合形成新的保护膜,表现出良好的物理阻隔性能.

Abstract

With the continuous development of self-healing intelligent functional materials,microencapsulated self-healing materials have received increasing attention in many fields.In this study,Tween-20 was used as an emulsi-fier to successfully synthesize microcapsules with tung oil as the core material and urea-formaldehyde resin as the wall material,and the effects of varying the emulsifier content,emulsification speed and core-to-wall ratio on the surface morphology,particle size,wall thickness and core content of the microcapsules were studied.Finally,the microcapsules were added to the epoxy coatings.The resulting coatings showed good self-healing properties and wa-ter resistance.Electrochemical analysis showed that the tung oil polymerized under the action of oxygen to form a new protective film in the damaged area of the epoxy coating with 10 wt.%microcapsules,resulting in good physi-cal barrier properties.
