Research on Countermeasures to Enhance the Quality of Visitors'Experience under the Perspective of Embodiment——Taking the Nine-Eleven History Museum as an Example
Under the trend of rejuvenation of red tourism clientele,red tourism should pay more attention to tourists'travel experience.Red museum is an important form of red tourism,which is of great significance in pro-moting the dissemination of red culture.Taking the 9.18?History Museum as an example,we analyze the perceived image of tourists'red tourism in 9.18?History Museum under the vision of big data from the perspective of embodi-ment,using the social network text analysis method,and constructing the evaluation index system of 9.18 History Museum's tourism experience on the basis of the predecessors,and analyzing and evaluating the importance and actual performances of the elements of 9.18?History Museum's embodied experience by utilizing the IPA analysis method.Finally,based on the analysis results and combining with the actual situation,the optimization countermea-sures of the experience quality of the September 18th History Museum are put forward,in order to improve the quality of tourists'red tourism experience and promote the inheritance and development of red culture.
