论边疆民族地区"三全育人"三方协同路径创新

在实现中国式现代化的新时代新征程上,边疆民族地区面临维护国家统一和民族团结、推进社会治理现代化、培养具有志愿精神的公民等突出的时代任务。边疆民族地区高校应秉持"三全育人"理念,破除育人主体单一性、时间和空间限制的"育人新模式",拓宽育人知识来源、保证育人时间和空间连续性、全方位整合社会资源,协同家庭、社会,不断推进高校实践育人路径的创新,为边疆民族地区现代化培养德才兼备的高质量人才。
On the Innovation of Tripartite Collaborative Path of"Three-Whole Parenting"in Borderland Ethnic Areas
In the new journey to realize Chinese modernization,border ethnic areas are faced with the prominent tasks of safeguarding national unity and national unity,promoting modernization of social governance,and cultivat-ing citizens with the spirit of volunteerism.Colleges and universities in border ethnic areas should uphold the con-cept of"three-whole-parenting",break the"new model of parenting"which is limited by the singularity of the main body of parenting,time and space,broaden the source of knowledge of parenting,ensure the continuity of the time and space of parenting,integrate the social resources in all aspects,and collaborate with the family,society,and continuously promote the practical education in colleges and universities.In order to promote the innovation of practical education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to broaden the source of education knowledge,en-sure the continuity of education time and space,integrate social resources in an all-round way,and cooperate with families and society,so as to cultivate high-quality talents with both integrity and talent for the modernization of border ethnic areas.
