Exploring the Mechanism of Improving the Governance Ability of Grassroots Cadres in Western Borderland
Grassroots social governance is an important part of national governance and an important aspect of Chi-nese-style modernization.The key to strengthening the construction of the western frontier depends on the gover-nance capacity of grassroots cadres.The current academic research on the governance capacity of grassroots cadres is relatively rich,but there are certain deficiencies in research perspectives,research methods and research con-tents,and the research results have been paid off.Based on this,from the status quo and predicament of the gover-nance ability of grassroots cadres in the western borderland,we propose that grassroots cadres in the western bor-derland should always adhere to the leadership of the party,adhere to the original mission,adhere to the gover-nance in accordance with the law,improve the ability to govern,improve the ability to practice,and stimulate the enthusiasm for work and other countermeasures,so as to enhance the level of grassroots governance in the western borderland and the effectiveness of the governance to provide a feasible theoretical reference.
